Your satisfaction is important to us. Below you will find the general terms regarding the returns and exchanges process. Since the purchase is made through the official sales channel, return and exchange requests are concluded within the framework of the terms of the relevant channel.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason.
2. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in a condition that does not compromise hygiene standards.
- It must be sent together with its original packaging, label and, if any, accompanying gift/promotional items.
- For personal care and cosmetic products, items whose packaging/protective seal has been opened may not be accepted for return due to hygiene reasons.
3. Exchange
In the event that an incorrect, incomplete or damaged product is received, the product is exchanged free of charge. You may also submit your color/variant exchange requests through the contact channels below.
4. Return Process
- Create your return request through our contact channels or via your account on the channel where you made the purchase.
- After approval, send the product using the designated contracted courier.
- Once the returned product has been inspected, the refund is processed in accordance with your payment method.
5. Refund Period
Once your return is approved, the refund is usually credited to your account within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment institution.
