1. Delivery Time

Depending on stock availability, your orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days and delivered within an average of 1–4 business days based on your region. Delivery times may be extended on public holidays and during busy periods.

2. Shipping Fee

Shipping is free for orders at or above the specified amount. For orders below this threshold, the current shipping fee is indicated at the payment step.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number is sent to you by email/SMS. You can track your shipment in real time using this number.

4. During Delivery

We recommend checking whether the package is damaged before accepting delivery.
For damaged packages, you may decline delivery by having the courier draw up an official report.
It is important that the delivery address is entered completely and correctly.
